I could use some help stepping through the Simplex Method on this problem. I'm having a difficult time understanding how to set up the problem in the table and when to introduce different types of variables. Such as: Slack Variables and such. We use a table like this one below. I've seen it arranged different ways, but if possible please use a table similar to this one and just write the ratios off to the side pretty please.
