I currently work as an internal change agent for my organization. I work to influence others, often on an informal basis, to bring about change within the organization. I use various organizational development strategies, change management strategies, and techniques to try to effect change. I have been fairly effective in bringing about change, but there are always barriers that I face. I try to reduce these barriers by being open and honest with my colleagues, by listening to their concerns, and by being flexible in my approach.
