I did an elevator pitch for an app for a monthly subscription based Walmart app that makes customers shopping experience easier. The app is supposed to give customers personalized suggestions, help finding items in the store, and price checks.
What I know about the consumer segment so far is that it is for busy individuals/families that want convenience and the best prices on items from target.
My partners are software developers, data analysis partners, and marketing.
The pitch was a success. Now Im developing the BMC slide deck that will be reviewed by a former project manager.
