There are many well-known cities and destinations that have established convention centers with an abundance of services available to sales managers. Research sites that have not yet developed convention centers but that you think would be excellent locations to build them based in part on the basic services available in the area.

Explain your reasoning and what facilities are near enough to support initial growth.
Determine what is needed to support future growth as the convention center expands and requires more services, staff, and space.
