I. Explain surface and deep level diversity providing an example for each in your response. Please cite directly from the required readings.

II. The readings list several types of theories as they apply to understanding diversity and inclusion. Select one example for each of the three theories (e.g. one example from Managerial, one from Sociological, one from Social Psychological) and explain its importance to diversity and inclusion. Include your perceived strengths and challenges for each of the theories.

III. In chapter 3, many areas of bias are explored characterizing their effects on the quality of life for those experiencing discrimination and prejudice. Provide definitions for implicit and explicit bias and give an example for each.
