Project Report: A detailed document explaining your project, including the chosen algorithm, implementation details, and results.

Source Code: Organized source code within folders clearly labeled.

So I want a project about Traffic Engineering: Employ machine learning to perform traffic engineering in OSPF networks, dynamically adjusting link costs to optimize network performance.

If there is a source code already for it online it's okay but I want to implement a ML for this code in C$++$
