My manager asked me to do a detailed plan with weekly deliverable i put the three main aria and some milestone suggestions to achieve the mean objectives

1-Develop a Knowledge Management System (KMS) plan.

-Ask people in the strategic programs to get their feedback.

-Training Work on received feedback by updating the KMS front page

Review and Submit the trainings

2-Collaborate with the stakeholders to gather information, knowledge, and resources required for the KMS.

-Schedule one to one meeting with at least two representatives from each strategic program to identify their key needs and agree on the next steps

-walk and talk

3-Monitor

-Monitor and evaluate the KMS continuously.
