I have a report based on project management. The project that I have chosen to take is the building completion of a hotel within a year. While I have completed most parts of my report I have trouble in determining the communication strategies and communication management plan for the project. I also need to form a risk assessment matrix including all the possible risks. Also describe the role of the owner of the project as well as the project manager in making the project a success.
