I have a theory about why some countries are handling COVID-19 better than others; my friends and I have been talking about this! Over 1.09 million people in the U.S. have died because of COVID. Chile has 90-92% of their citizens vaccinated, while the U.S. has only 69-80% of its citizens vaccinated as of November 21, 2022. Although availability of the vaccine is an issue, there are other factors that affect vaccination rates.
