I have another table shipmentmethod with columns shipmentmethodid as a primary key, shipmentmode, shipmentclass, shipmenttime, freighcost, datemodified. I have another table orderstatus with columns orderstatusid as a primarykey, description, datemodified. I have another table shippingaddress with columns, shippingaddressid as a primarykey, customerid and countryid as as foreign key, streetnumber, streetname, streettype, postalcode, city, notes.
