I have worked with an angry customer before I worked in a worker compensation clinic and a patient was upset they was waiting to long for they appointment to start. I simply apologies to the patient and let the doctor know they have a upset patient and if we can get them in the room as soon as possible The provider agreed and also apologized for the wait. This calmed the patient down and the situation Which helped avoided further conflict.
