I I am needing some help making this spreadsheet do what I'd like it to do. Based off of the above chart, I want excel to look up the division based off of cell P8, find that division, and return the name of the contractor who has the lowest amount within that division. I have tried mulitple index/match/vlookups but haven't got it quite right. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have stared at this for hours now.
