Based on Boca's situation and the current environment we would recommend that they implement an ERP system that is a mixture of customized and standardized modules. Even though it will be more expensive, time consuming, and complicated, Boca can configure the system to help in the areas in which they are weakest. Boca could save money and time by only activating the modules that they would need the most. This would also reduce some of the complicated nature of setting up ERP systems. This biggest reason for setting up this ERP is that they would be able to keep their major customers, increase visibility, agility, have a better flow of inventory The business idea needs to implement a strong integrated application that benefits the whole organization. If the company integrated a software that involved a cloud software that deals with the finance board, executives, incomes, marketing, etc. Cloud based applications would assist the company with custom made software by allowing control of the market flow and imputing data accordingly. A cloud-based application would be a modern approach to organizing a organizations data and making sure the orders are filled fast, accurate, and assist in inventory control
