I learned a lot from your very detailed post. One area that I did not consider was the strategy to establish regular review meetings where stakeholders can discuss the effectiveness of the strategy. I believe that establishing a regularly scheduled time to gather all of the stakeholders to evaluate the strategy's effectiveness would help us to consider all of the ways that our plan affects the operation. It will also allow us to see any potential blind spots that we will need to address in areas that we may not be as familiar with.
One thing that you may want to consider adding to your monitoring plan is the establishment of specific goals to measure the success of your plan. Determining the efficiency of a corporate strategy requires monitoring performance to prove whether you are achieving set goals. Effective monitoring includes choosing the right metrics to measure, setting goals to compare with our actual measured performance, and analyzing any differences in our actual results and our predetermined goals (Lastiri,2023).
