Seeing the comparisons side by side within a category really highlights their differences. I agree that both formal and informal supports create the opportunity for collaboration. Often times, the person who identifies the need for a specific support, is not the person to actually provide the support. They must find personal and community partners to collaborate with. For example, if I conduct a transition interview with one of my seniors, and it is determinrd that they would benefit from a job training program, I should locate a program that is able to equip them to join the workforce.
