1. "Either you quit first or I die on the treadmill" is a quote that summarizes Will Smith's work ethic. He believes that hard work can cause you to overcome people who are smarter or more talented than you are. This relates back to our last discussion on grit. If you work hard and persevere through the adversary, it is only a matter of time before your goals are achieved.

2. One's work ethic and accomplishments, I believe, are strongly correlated. As Will Smith points out, those with more talent or intelligence can outshine you at first, but if you work harder for longer periods of time, you can catch up with them and even surpass them.

3. To succeed in this class, I will have to maintain a rigorous work ethic when it comes to studying. Some concepts don't "click" at first, but with enough practice, eventually, it all becomes understandable. Once again, it only becomes a matter of time and effort.

1. People who aren't achieving what they want is strictly based on hustle. "Stay ready, so you don't have to get ready"

2. People will get a lot more accomplished if they hustle and stay strong and dedicated to their work and go for it all the time.

3. I could apply more hustle and stronger attention details as I do in my work with learning the new chapters.
