I need a C++ code that emulates a file system. This will hold the final project -- put all the code, research about your subject, and a document explaining what you did and individual
contributions
This project will emulate part of an operating system. It is up to the people in the project to choose a subject. (Students need approval
before starting work)
This can be one feature that you do in super specific detail (like memory), or it can be a large topic, where you cover some of the details.
(Like a small operating system)
Remember -- you will have a long time to work on this. This will be a BIG program. (Most programs are at least 320 lines long, not
including comments). Think about the file emulation program -- then multiply the complexity by 2 or more!
The project will be data driven -- there will be a data file that will be used to test out the project. There needs to be a document
explaining the commands available. (This will only be optional if you got a written ok before you started the project.)
There needs to be a research paper explaining what you are emulating and the features that you are planning to show. The majority of
the paper needs to be something we did not cover in class. This needs to be at least three pages and needs a bibliography (which is not
included in the page count).
I need a C + + code that emulates a file system.
