I need a reply for below statment$(($A change in leadership can be a very difficult process but if handled correctly you can avoid some hangups and bumps along the way. Currently at my work we are going through a change in leadership and also a change companywide with the computer systems that we use. $15-2$ says the first step is to light a fire change, which basically says that you should make sure change is really needed and talk to the employees about what they think. Which my company did not do in this time of change. We were told this is going to happen and this is what we are going to do when it happens, which is okay but to me it could have been handled a little different than just telling us what was going to happen. It was a blind side to us$.2.$ Says get the right people on board, this essentially means what it says, make sure you have the right people for job,$)$
