I need a response to my classmate's post below.
Hello Professor Bateh and classmates,
Firstly, post the mission statement of the organization you are using in your project
CRMC is committed to offering advanced healthcare services with a compassionate, patient-focused approach in the Tallahassee community. We live here and work here. We provide high-quality care (1).
Assess each of your ideas for an impact that goes beyond profitability, by taking the mission forward:
For example, an idea might improve quality, increase access to care, etc.
The truth is, exceptional patient experiences only come from beautiful team experiences. The realities of complex healthcare service are that you cannot focus on the patient unless you've first focused on your team (Dean). Once an organization reaches telehealth maturity, they are less susceptible to the shocks of unexpected events. This is because the core competencies of managing telehealth workflows make them nimble & adaptable (Dean). Peter Drucker, famously said, If you cannot measure it, you cannot manage it. Before you can begin to make improvements in health care, you first need to know what opportunities exist for improvement and then establish baseline outcomes (3). Next, look at trends and statistics from electronic health records, outcomes studies, and other data sources to identify key areas in need of improvement (3). Patients must first have the right doctors and access to their healthcare from start to finish in order to know they are receiving 100 percent patient satisfaction.
- Analyze and collect patient data for outcome
- Improve Access to Care
- Commit to ongoing evaluations and goals
- Collaborate with Patient involvement with their care and process
- Collaborate with the organization and other healthcare organizations
In light of your assessment, which of the ideas will you choose to recommend to the Board?
In light of my assessment improving patient care has become the number one priority for all health care providers with the overall objective of achieving 100 percent patient satisfaction. Increasing demands for better care, greater awareness among the public, keener competition, more health care regulation, the rise in medical malpractice litigation, and concern about poor outcomes are factors that contribute to this change.
How will you use charts and/or visuals to present the data and rationale for action clearly and simply to your audience?
Visuals, such as pictures, drawings, charts, graphs, and diagrams, can be effective tools for communicating health information (4). Visuals can make the presentation of complex information easier to comprehend and more attractive (4). The article states visual communication can benefit all audiences, especially people with lower literacy and numeracy skills. Remember, though, that visuals cant speak for themselves. People can interpret visuals, just as they do words, in different ways (4). Data visualization gives us a clear idea of what the information means by giving it visual context through maps or graphs. This makes the data more natural for the human mind to comprehend and therefore makes it easier to identify trends, patterns, and outliers within large data sets (5).
