The application should show a top$-$level menu with the following options: Read a file given a name by the user. Encode a string to encrypted form and write it out to a file.Decrypt a coded string back to the original string given a file containing the encrypted data.Exit the program. NoteFile IO: Use JAXB example from the lectures to write out an XML file that contains the string and a tag showing whether the string is encrypted or decrypted. Encryption formula: Choose an encryption library off the internet and use that to encrypt and decrypt the text.
