I need a substantive comment on this post:

When I think of an organization that I'm familiar with as far as their corporate and observable culture, I am directed to Facebook. Facebook has built a massive empire of social networking that has made it possible for everyone to be able to stay connected in different ways. However, there is a change within this organization that could use a strong change. This change should be the removal of censored speech. Over the years, Facebook has come under strong criticism for their habit of censoring what their members share and post on their accounts. Facebook does this so much that if you post something that this organization does not agree with they will restrict or block your account. While some might be okay with this change, the vast majority of members are known to be opposed to it due to the fact that it restricts the Constitutional right to free speech. In order for Facebook to overcome this resistance they should should strongly consider allowing for their members to be able to say what they want considering our Constitution permits this. That doesn't mean allowing abuse, but simply allowing for a member to fully express how they feel without the worry of being blocked, or removed from the platform. If this change in this organization can be made possible then it could pull them out of the slump that they tend to slip into with the stock market and also it might keep them out of the courtroom that they are constantly in for restricting others (Uhl-Bien, Piccolo, Schermerhorn & Bachrach, 2021).
