Professor Molly Samuel from Continental College, Downsview Campus, Ontario would like to host a grant writing semirhor at the Event Centre for some of the Centennial Faculty. Prof. Samuel is looking forward to joining the team at the event and will be the primary point of contact on the day of the event. 70% Payment has been made through American Express credit card 9812-XXXX-XXXX-1296 and balance 30% has been made complimentary, reference - General Manager - Event Centre. The event will be taking place on the 14th of next month and should accommodate 18 faculty members in boardroom style. Event signage should state "Grant Writing with Prof. Samuel!" Coffee, Tea and Water should be available for this event at a negotiated rate of $3 per guest (plus 13% tax). Room charges should be made complimentary (ref GM - Event Centre) for this event which will be taking place from 11am-01pm. Centennial College Stationery kits for each guest are to be placed in the room for this event. A flipboard and marker is to be placed in the room as well at no extra charge
