He asked to create and plan the total performance management system for the company. With your group members, research and think about the planning process. As part of the task you have to create: 1. Develop a KPI system for the employee performance, which will be monitored and updated weekly, and very much intended to meet the business target. 2. Develop a performance review plan which need to have both a rating scale with all the criteria.
