I need detailed SOPs ( standard operation procedure ) that help to solve certain problems in healthcare facility ( poly clinic )

Problems

1- Due to the foreign currency shortage we are facing a problem of increased cost of x-ray materials The supplier is asking for extra fees and also we are running out of the stock

2- There was a mistake at the previous year calculations of the needed amount of the papers so now we have to contact the supplier again and ask for more papers and envelopes , before the usual yearly timing of the order.

3-We had a contract with a 3PL company to bring us the monitors and deliever them to us at June 2022 , but as a result of the Russo-Ukrainian War we lost the contact with the company and didn't receive the monitors yet.

4-There are multiple complaints that the website is very slow and complicated for the patients.
