Advance level with Excel is an asset - Experience in merchandising, Background in Grocery is considered a definite asset. -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization - Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple assignments promptly and accurately - Ability to work under pressure What You Will Do (Job description) . Maintain main office telephone incoming calls and voicemail, relaying messages to colleagues Return general voicemail and email inquiries Greet visitors in a professional manner Schedule delivery/ pickup appointments, follow up closely with suppliers/ third party delivery company to make sure purchase order is received on time as scheduled. Input purchase orders, inventory receipt and warehouse put away into ERP system Create new item in ERP system Verifies items received by comparing the purchase order and the packing slip Inventory Damage and shortage claim Weekly report Work closely with supply chain department and back up supply chain if needed Other duty assigned by supervisor Competencies Time Management.
