i need help answering question number 2 in the below picture.

the 5 group of stakeholders include

1) wholesalers

2) third party merchants

3)Government

4)customers

5) management

Ibasically need to figure out whether each stakeholder is for against or somewhere in between. i also must identify what power each stakeholder has if any and how can they use it. Below in the picture is my proposal
