I need help calculating the below requirements for a new restaurant

Direct Labor cost for each full-time employee?

Each full-time employee will receive the following:

1) Monthly salary

2) Medical benefits for a husband and wife with two children (budget as cost)

3) Dental benefits for a husband and wife with two children (budget as cost)

4) Vision benefits for a husband and wife with two children (budget as cost)

5) Employer contribution of 3% to the 401K of each employee

6) FICA

7) Unemployment Insurance Tax, Employment Training Tax

8) Death insurance and work-related insurance premiums
