Question:
Sue and Ellen live in the same building in different flats. One day their landlord writes a letter meant for Ellen in Flat 7. However, his handwriting isn't very good: his 7 looks very much like a 1. Later that day, the letter is mistakenly slipped under the door of Sue's Flat 1.
Sue picks up the letter and also believes it to be addressed to her Flat 1. She opens the letter which includes a password that gives her access to the flat's account. The account has information on any rent arrears. Sue logs into the account (using the link, also provided in the letter), believing that it is the account for her flat, before she realizes that it is not her account and the letter wasn't meant for her, but for Flat 7.
