I need help developing a process mapping and a revised process mapping

Your healthcare organization is embracing an old proprietary computerized billing system. It is slow and not as functional as newer systems on the market. The new systems are more efficient and can save more time. Part of the increased efficiency with the new systems will replace 2 human billing positions. One of the human positions is a billing specialists that has been with the organization for 35 years. Part 2. Healthcare Process Mapping Develop a map of a healthcare process(s) that are inefficient in the above example. Make sure that your process map has a start and end point, that all inputs and outputs are defined, and that all key process steps are included. Then, also include the process mapping improvement slides at the end of your part 1 PowerPoint slides (in the same file)
