I need help finding a topic for a research paper for my HR class

Organizations are currently experiencing a challenging climate of change in the area of employee benefits. They are working hard to develop strategies in their employee benefit plans in response to these issues. There are many contributing factors to these changes. For this paper, students are to select and research a current issue faced by employers that impacts employee benefit plans and programs and explore it in depth. Topics should be current areas of new best practices that companies are adopting in response to the current climate, and not simply a history of a specific benefits area.
