I need help finishing this code in juypter notebook. I put it in doc form so I can fit the image. I understand the image is blurry but please work with it$.$ In the screenshot, I have $4$ cells that is seperated by a line. I need help with the third cell which I did put in parentheses so you know. What I am doing is trying to make a map of the freezing level. I have all the data I need and the plot for the map. what I need help with though is doing the third cell. In the third cell, I need to identify the temperature in fahrenheit and put it in a for loop which I have done already. So I just need help finishing the code that I have started in the third cell and get it to work with all the other data I have already. Can someone help finish it$?$
