I NEED HELP FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT!

I just learn about new developments at Game Technology. I found out that the structure chart needs some change. Also, I need to add another slide.

The Produce Reports module will have a condition and can send a Contact Rating to three of its own subordinate modules: High Potential, Medium Potential, and Low Potential. ?The team wants me to add a slide and narrative, with three additional examples.

I have to do two tasks:-

Task 1. I have to add the necessary changes to the structure chart. AND Task 2. I have to add an additional slide and narrative. Also, I have to include three additional examples, and at least one example where phased changeover would be suitable.

Here is the example of the structure chart of what it should look like:-

If all goes well, we can implement at other locations, or make necessary changes.. Records archive system for five-year old data In this example, we can tolerate some risk. Because the old data is archived and not mission-critical.
