I NEED HELP FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT!

I just learn about new developments at Game Technology. I found out that the structure chart needs some change. Also, I need to add another slide.

The Produce Reports module will have a condition and can send a Contact Rating to three of its own subordinate modules: High Potential, Medium Potential, and Low Potential. The team wants me to add a slide and narrative, with three additional examples.

I have to do two tasks:-

Task 1. I have to add the necessary changes to the structure chart. AND Task 2. I have to add an additional slide and narrative. Also, I have to include three additional examples, and at least one example where phased changeover would be suitable.
