My topic is

To be a responsible member of your community, your company has partnered with the local school district. One of your jobs is to visit the citys high schools and discuss engineering job preparedness. To do so, you give an oral presentation about the engineering job market, desired job skills, and the importance of technical communication in the workplace. Upon returning to your office, you write a trip report not only to document how the company is working with the community but also to explain to your supervisor how the company can meet community needs.
