The menu bar has black background, and contains the site name $($i$.$e$.$ MyTechNews$)$ and four menu items $($i$.$e$.$ HOME, ARTICLES, FORUMS, and LOGIN$).$

The site name is in white color, and uses a larger font size than the menu items $($you may decide what tags and$/$or font sizes to use$).$

Three menu items are in green, and the last one $($i$.$e$.$ LOGIN$)$ is in orange.

You do NOT need to add hyperlinks to the menu items.
