I need help reformating this data. In this table I keep a log of the Data Refreshes that pertain to each data table. In yellow is the date when data refresh occurs, and the team that requested the refresh. The following column in orange is to inform the range of the data refresh. I want to be able to provide this information without having a "Date Range" Column after every single Refresh Date columns. Provide me with some samples on how I can rebuild this table on excel without out using the Date Range columns at all, or at least not after every Refresh Date column.
