Question: I need help reformating this table. In this table I log all of the history refreshes for the different data tables. In the yellow headers

I need help reformating this table. In this table I log all of the history refreshes for the different data tables. In the yellow headers we have the date inwhich the refresh occured, and the team who requested the refresh for that date and the refresh for the pertatining data table in the same row. In orange we have the date range, which is the range of the data history for the refreshes.

I need you to come up with a way to provide the same data without having to plug a date range immedality after every yellow header column, or getting rid of the date range columns complete and find a different way to include the information. Please provide a few different samples. Thank you.
