Their view on talent and culture is very appealing to a lot of people These strategies are also working based on their stock soaring and subscribers continue to subscribe. Netflix hire, reward, and tolerate only fully formed adults. Hire the best people that will follow the company policies instead of the ones that you want to test. Hire candidates who will put the companies interest first and not the other way around. In short term, if you treat people like an adults, they will be an adult and if you treat people like kids then they will act like kids. At netflix, managers create their teams. They need to make sure everyone in their team is a great fit and can do their work well. Managers need to be honest to their members who are not performing well and let those who are not working out to find a better fit elsewhere. Managers should build the vision first, and then build a team instead of building the team and setting the vision. Knowing what to look for
