I need help responding to my peers. The information below is from my peers. In this situation some of times people are put into a position that they don't qualify for to learn as they go and gain the experience on the job. Organization sometimes does this when they can't find the right candidate to fill the gap. This also happen due to the lack of qualified candidates that don't possess the experience or education. It could also happen when the company decide not to train people correctly when looking inward. "Sometimes an internal candidate has the edge, or another applicant has a friend on the hiring committee." (Azmy, 2015) Most of the time I think it's the organization fault because sometimes they fail to continue to mod and train that person.
