How would employees be ready to handle the authority that comes with their roles? Is a strong individual leadership important in a holacratic organization for employees to learn self-managing? How does a leader enables employees to succeed and remain committed to the organization?

3. What potential inefficiencies might be faced under a holacratic structure and how could the organization overcome them?
