I need help with number 6, developing the pert/CMP chart!!!

You are the IT Manager at Santa Monica Hospital, a small hospital in town. You have received a system request to develop an Electronic Health Record System by January 2021... Based on that System Request, prepare a preliminary report containing: 1. Project scope (points) 2. Constraints that this request might have (5 points) 3. Evaluate Feasibility (operational, technical, economic, schedule) (10 points) 4. The IT recommendation (5 points) Assuming that the recommendation was favorable, then as the IT Manger you should start with the System Planning. For this phase, you should: 5. Identify the main tasks involved in this Project, their duration and dependencies (10 points) (Just remember that in software development there are several concurrent activities that might take place during the entire project: this not a linear project (one task after the other one) 6. Develop a PERT/CMP chart that shows the project (10 points) 7. Identify the Critical Path. (5 points) The System Planning phase is concluded, so the Project moves to the System Analysis Phase. You should identify how you are going to visualize and document the new system. Describe the following: 8. What requirement modeling technique would you choose for this project? Why? (10 points) 9. What team-based method your team should use? Why?
