I need help with the following using AMPL Software format:

Instruction 1) Write an LP model and corresponding data file which can be utilized to maximize your overall health (broadly defined); name them \health.mod" and \health.dat", respectively. You can base the decisions of this model on how you can allocate your time to certain activities, what foods you ingest on a daily basis, or any other reasonable choice that will allow you to optimize some health-related objective. Please state any relevant assumptions needed to understand your problem setting. Include relevant constraints that make the problem realistic and not overly easy. Specifically, include mostly constraints that involve more than one variable on the left-hand side expression and keep one-variable constraints to a minimum (no more than 3). The basic requirements of the model are >= 8 decision variables, >= 8 constraints, and >= 1 finite optimal solution. The model and data files must be in full working condition to receive credit. Do all the individual steps detailed in Instruction#2 (below) for this problem AND step (j): Display all of the associated shadow prices at the optimal solution. Name the corresponding log file as \health.log" and detail what the individual components of your formulation represent (along with any relevant assumptions).
