Your assignment will include the following HEADINGS:

A. Provide a full company profile, including details of the companys business, its organizational structure, its governance model (Board of Directors, Executive, Committees).

B. Identify the Companys STAKEHOLDERS utilizing what you have learned in class (Stakeholder Chart, Stakeholder Impact worksheet).

C. Detail the ETHICAL DILEMMA the company faced and details of how they responded to the ethical dilemma.
