Your firm's client Wanda Full has asked for brief explanation of the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court, Rules of the courts, legislation (e.g.: Divorce Act and Family Law Act), and any other guidelines which are used in family law matters in BC. Your supervising lawyer has asked you to make a draft letter for Wanda. You do not need to go into the details of the legislation, it is sufficient to list them and use one line to say what the legislation is about.
