Note: You will be using this selection for the entire course for other assignments. Create a project proposal about the option that you have selected. Within your proposal, describe the scope of your project. These details will be used in later assignments to determine budget and schedules. Refer to the Unit II Lesson to help identify the scope of each option. Include a SWOT analysis to show the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for this selection.
