I need help writing up analysis.
The first and significant stakeholder is the students. The students are probably the most critical stakeholders on this list because if students do not study at SPU, then SPU could not exist as a place of higher education. The second stakeholder is the professors. The professors are the next important on the stakeholder list for two reasons. The first reason is that a university needs to employ people to teach. If there are no professors to teach there can not be a place to learn from. The second reason is having good high-quality professors willing and able to teach. This is important mainly because if the University does not have these good high-quality professors willing and able to teach, then students may not want to spend their money at the university with those kinds of professors The third major stakeholder is going to be the Board of Trustees. The board of trustees is responsible for developing and approving the school's mission, strategic goals and objectives, and establishing policies related to programs and services. Trustees make all legal and fiduciary decisions, although they delegate some specific powers and duties to others. The board of trustees is an integral part of the University since they act as the deciding factor on who will be the president of the university. The fourth stakeholder is going to be the president of the university. The President of the university is important because the President of the university is generally responsible for the administration of college programs and activities and the organization as a whole. The President has much authority concerning campus buildings and facilities, including taking responsibility for directing the development and use of campus buildings and site utilization. A good president can form good relationships with people so that they will be willing to donate money to the university The fifth major stakeholder is going to be Alumni of the university. The Alumni are essential because they are in themselves a representative of the school. When looking for a university, Perceptive students may look to see if a famous person went to the university to measure its success. Also, perceptive students may look toward Alumni to determine if the college was the right choice for them. If there is no solid, positive Alumni association, then it will reflect on the University as a not so good choice for students. Alumni are also considered the first line to give large amounts of money to the university endowment fund. Suppose Alumni are willing to provide large amounts of money. In that case, it is probably a good sign that people genuinely like the university and want the university to succeed and educate more students. The sixth major stakeholder is the donors. Besides Alumni who donate to the endowment fund, the university usually seeks outside money in order to enrich the endowment further. These donors, either people or companies, have probably not gone to the university, however, they believe in its mission and values, and want to further its success. If the university can get someone who is that influential, then it might get others to give money, as well.
