A job description is a document that states an overview of the duties, responsibilities, and functions of a specific job in an organisation. A job specification is a statement of the qualifications, personality traits, skills, etc. required by an individual to perform the job. The instruction:- Your team have to analyse the below:- 1. Create a job vacancy (business related), design its advertisement, with a job description and job specification (you can refer to internet samples but do not copy word by word) 3. The evaluation form or questionnaire in evaluating employee themselves, did the employee perform well for this month compared to last month (performance appraisal) In the report: - 1. Introduction 2.
