I need some help with ideas for an essay. I can't seem to find anything recent enough or with enough substance, and I don't have enough work experience in accounting to know the current issues. The section of the essay that I need help with is:

"What are some current issues being debated in the arena of corporate governance?"

I basically need to discuss this topic and research the issues that I talk about, but I'm lost as to which issues I should research.

Just so it's clear, I'm not asking for an essay. I'm just looking for a list of possible issues I can research.
