Design a traffic light controller assuming that PORTB, digital pin #8 to #13, are driving green, yellow, red, green, yellow, and red LEDs, respectively. Assign pin #8 to #10 to drive east-west and pin #11 to pin #13 to drive north-south direction lights. The traffic light patterns and durations for traffic heading east-west and north-south directions are given in Table 1.
