Central Job: Accounts Manager
Accounts manager is my central job in my business. I will be handling the job satisfaction level by value percept theory. I will be providing more rewards, promotions and other benefits to the Accounts manager. I will be considering the job characteristic theory mainly; it has five core job characteristics. The five core characteristics are variety, significance, identity, feedback and autonomy. I will be providing the first rank for a variety of job characteristicsbecause the manager has to maintain all the tasks and responsibilities by using their skills and knowledge. I will be providing a second rank for identity, which supports handling the work activities. The third rank is the significance which helps the manager to motivate the other staff. I will be using significance for motivating the Accounts manager. The fourth rank is autonomy; this will be majorly supporting the manager to work efficiently, and it helps to improve my business. I will be provided the fifth rank for feedback which is essential for the manager to get their work status report from their assistants and other lower cadre staff. It supports the manager to improve their personal and professional skills for developing the business. I will be analyzing my staff using psychology, which shows that I will foster the organizational commitment that has some major types involving affective commitment, normative commitment, and continuance commitment. The affective commitment in the business, the employees, will be interest to work and attached in the company with full of affection. The normative commitment employees will be planned to stay a long time in the company. The continuance commitment employees are not satisfied to work, but they have to work for a salary or have any other choices. Compared to these commitments, effectiveness will be significant for the business. It should work with full satisfaction because it improves productivity. I will be planned to decrease the withdrawal behavior, mainly physical and psychological, for my employees. The physical behaviorinvolves turnover, lateness and absenteeism and psychological behavior is burnout and presenteeism behavior. I will be handling the withdrawal behavior from my employees by providing more individual attention and motivating my employees. This will be majorly supporting me in handling the withdrawal behavior in my business.
Stress Management
I will be managing my business by reducing the employee's stress. Stress will be reducing the employee work efficiency and productivity. Stress will be creating more negative consequences for the people. The transactional theory of stress is describing the challenge and hindrance stress. It depends on non-work and works people stress.Hindrance stress will have occurred for the people who engaged in achieving the personal targets. The people who faced more stress because of their demands in both personal and professional life. The hindrance and challenge stress have occurred in work-related stress and non-work related stress. The work hindrance stress is involved negative life events, and work-family hindrance issues happened. Work challenges will happen to my employees involve work complexity, work responsibility, and time pressure because of demands. Non-work challenges stress is that people face more demands like personal life demands and family time demands. I will be managing my employee's stress by changing the individual thoughts and behavior. The cognitive and other behavioralmethods will be concentrating the people's emotions. The methods will support the people to improving self confidenceand motivation, which helps decrease the stress level. I will recommend that the business people reduce the stress level from the employees using cognitive methods. It majorly supports the people to improving the work productively and works with full efficiency.
Decision Making
The decision making process will be providing solutions for solving the issues. The decision-making process has programmed decisions and non-programmed decisions. The decision-making process has some challenges, which will be increasing the common errors. At the time of taking the decision, some errors will happen. The programmed decision will already be predicted the decision for solving the issues. The non-programmed decision will not be predicted to solvethe issues, and it has to take new alternatives for solving the problem. In the non-programmed decision, the alternatives sometimes are positive and sometimes be negative for solving the issues. The programmed decision will be providing solutions quickly for solving the problem. The non-programmed decision will not able to provide a quick solution for the problem because it is unstructured. For example, the equipment will be stopped in the industry due to continuous working; the solution is provided easily because the programmed decision is structured. The problem will be solved using structured decisions. In a company, the machine will be broken. Unfortunately, the solution will not be predicted previously, and the solution is unstructured in which the alternatives will be used for solving the problem. Sometimes it is worked out, and sometimes it is not worked
